Administrator As Visionary

Administrator assesses needs and values of the school community, articulates a vision of learning that is supported and implemented by teachers and staff. 

·   Define the administrator’s action plan for the school relating to instructional improvement, discipline, school climate, and professional development.

Administrator As Instructional Leader

Administrator immerses himself/herself in the development of knowledge unique to various subject areas and instructional programs.

·   List and describe the instructional role this administrator takes in developing, implementing, and supporting new instructional programs.

 Administrator As Facilitator

Administrator creates structure of democratic governance thus developing a school wide system of collaboration and teaming.

·   Describe the manner in which this administrator promotes shared decision making and teaming within the school community.
(30 points)

 Administrator As Professional

Administrator demonstrates professional conduct and serves as a role model within the school community.

            ·   List the professional organizations in which this administrator participates.

·   List the community & charitable involvement of this administrator.

·   List awards that this administrator has received.  
(10 points)  

 

Also include a one- page recommendation letter from a building teacher(s).
